  • What are you doing to follow COVID-19 Guidelines?
    All clowns are screened and checked before the start of the event, temperature checks and face masks are REQUIRED.
  • How do I book a party/event?
    Book us by phone or complete our intake form under our Services & Packages page and please allow for a 24-48 hour response time.
  • How do I go about booking a party/event out of state?
    Book by email or complete our intake form under our Services & Packages page and please allow for a 24-48 hour response time.
  • What steps do I take if I have a complaint about a party?
    Be sure to contact us immedatiely at 242-252-5625.
  • When is the remaining balance due for booked parties/events?
    Remaining balance is due 7 days before the event.
  • How many clowns, total do you have?"
    We currently have 10 clowns and growing.
  • How often do you hire new clowns?
    We are not currently hiring at the moment, however auditions will be announced.
  • What if I need to reschedule my party/event?
    Please contact us at 242-252-5625 at least 3 days before your event to rescheduling. Rescheduling fees may apply.
  • Is there a cancellation fee?
    There will be a cancellation fee if the event booked has not been rescheduled 3 days before.
  • What if I want to use your services for more than a half hour to an hour, how much will I need to pay?"
    You will pay our additional hourly rate fee, which would be the same price that you booked for that hour or 30 minutes.
